Our gift vouchers can be used toward any treatment on our spa treatment list and are available in any dollar amount, or you can choose one of our most-loved treatments for an extra special touch—the choice is entirely yours.
Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
- All Gift Certificates have a 6 month expiry date (from date of purchase) They MUST be used before this expiration date. Out of date vouchers will NOT be redeemable. Our computer system will not allow us to process expired vouchers, so please keep a close eye on expiring voucher dates.
- Defaced, altered, unreadable, lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed so please look after your voucher as if it were cash.
- Gift certificates are only redeemable on services, therefore they cannot be used to purchase products.
- All gift certificates are Non-Transferable.
- Gift certificates must be presented at time of payment and your gift certificate number quoted when booking online. Please note prices for treatments are subject to change.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of other special promotions.
- Cash will not be given for any unused gift certificate balance.
- Unused balance on expired gift certificates will not be refunded or credited.
- Purchases exceeding available balance of gift certificates require the difference to be paid by alternative payment method.
- Gift certificates cannot be redeemed during the month of December.

If you wish to make an appointment, click Book Now from any treatment page.For some of our longer treatments we do require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. If booking online you are able to use a gift voucher to secure your booking if you have a gift voucher. These deposits are non refundable and the deposit is deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your treatment upon checkout. Group/wedding party bookings will require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking which is non-refundable. Deposits are forfeited in the instance of rescheduling/canceling within 24 hours of your appointment, no-showing or if you're significantly late on the day resulting in us being unable to perform your treatment in the allocated time.
If you need to cancel your appointment or make changes to the treatment(s) booked please give us the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Failure to arrive at your appointment (no call, no show) will deem gift vouchers void. Cancellations or postponements ON THE DAY of the appointment will incur a 50% fee payable before your next appointment. Any non-refundable deposit paid will be forfeited.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow for check-in and preparation.
Please also be aware that arriving late will result in your treatment time being shortened as we run on a strict schedule and are usually back-to-back with clients. If a client is significantly late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a fee of 50% of the treatment(s) booked will need to be paid before being able to rebook.
Due to limited space we do not allow guests in our beauty rooms and for health and safety reasons we have a "No children policy." (Under the age of 10 years) This is for the safety of our clients, team and equipment.
Our salon accepts the following payment methods: Cash, credit cards (Excluding American Express), Zip Pay & Pure Opulence Day Spa gift vouchers. Please note: We do not accept contactless payments.
